- As a Technical Lead in our technology department, you require:
- 7+ years experience developing with an Object-Oriented Language (Java, C++ )
- Excellent understanding of algorithms data structures
- Good knowledge of the Linux environment
- Hands on expertise working with any one of UI technologies such as Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS
- Hands on expertise working with SQL like MySQL, Postgres
- Hands-on expertise with NoSQL databases, such as HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB and good understanding of column based datastore like Redshift
- Hands on experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
- Experience working on CI/CD pipelines
- Experience having worked on Big Data technologies and Distributed systems is a plus.
- Communication and stakeholder management
- oClarity in thoughts and communication with the Team and stakeholders, being on top of things and taking ownership of components end-to-end

- oShould guide the team technically
- oShould have experience in creating system design, High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
- oMust understand and consider the non-functional aspects of any requirement
- Willing to engage in coding tasks
- Should promote design principles, patterns, and best coding practices
- Should be capable of leading and conducting multiple evaluations or Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
