Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8-9 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to lead a team of developers to create high-quality software solutions. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and providing technical guidance to the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize software development needs
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review and approve code changes and ensure that coding standards are being followed
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to ensure that the team is using the latest and most effective development tools and methodologies
- Identify and address technical issues and risks throughout the development process
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8-9 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
