Technical Lead

B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent degree from a reputed university.

We are looking for an inspired, experienced and talented React Developer with 8 to 12 years (level 6) of experience.

• Primary focus will be on architecting, designing, and implementation of user interface components, backend following well-known ReactJS workflows and RestAPIs .
• Should ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.
• Understand high level architecture, should coordinate, and guide the global teams in resolving the issues.
• Should be a natural out of the box thinker and creative problem solver.
• Should ensure the process is strictly maintained.
• Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

• Minimum of 5+ year expefrience with React, Typescript, micro-frontends, Material UI or Microsoft Fluent and web components.
• Minimum of 5+ years hands-on experience with designing and implementing reusable components.
• 5 + years experience developing mobile and desktop apps that are widely deployed
• Minimum 5+ years experience with RESTful APIs.
• Experience woking with GIT repositories.
• 4+ years expereince on unit testing tool Jest.
• 3 year experience in writing end to end tests in Playwright/Cypress.
• Hands on experience in SQL DB with writing effiecient queries is an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in containerizing using Docker will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.
• Solid understanding of UI performance, accessibility, internalization, and localization.
• Agile methodologies.
• Good in CS fundamentals - data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis
