Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead Generation position. As a Technical Lead Generator, you will be responsible for targeting and engaging top IT talent. Your daily tasks will involve using your technical skills to find the best resources based on client needs, performing background checks and verifications to ensure an excellent screening process, and ultimately avoiding bad hires.

• Strong technical skills and knowledge within the IT industry
• Experience in talent acquisition or lead generation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and assess top talent
• Experience in conducting background checks and verifications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
