Job Title : Technical lead front end development

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 6 to 8 years

Skills :

• More than 5 years of development experience in Java, spring boot, microservices, Mongo DB.
• RelevantGUI development experience in Angularand Node JS. Also experience in developing mobile interface with Angular and Node JS
• Relevantexperience in Microservice based solution design and design pattern.
• Relevant experience in Azure Devops (pipeline , repos), containerization with docker Kubernetes.
• Relevant experience in Agile delivery model (Scrum master preferred)
• Should be well versedwith open source technologies and should have relevant experience in implementing the same.
• Experience in BFSI domain. Life insurance domain experience will be preferred.

Job Description :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design scalable and maintainable Java-based microservice based solutionthat align with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Make sure that team follows coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns using frameworks like Spring Boot and Cloud to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools (including Docker and Kubernetes) to enhance development processes and improve system performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
