Technical Must Haves: 6+ Years of exp. in full stack dev. in Dot Net, C#, html, CSS, JavaScript, typescript, SQL, PL/SQL, Web App. Dev., Web API, Oracle, Angular, Micro Services Behavioral

Must Haves: Good communication, analytical & problem-solving skills, exposure to working in Agile/Scrum mode, client interfacing exposure, soft skills, mentoring juniors, team player

Good to have: Mortgage Banking Domain, UI Design, App. Performance Improvements, Build & Deployments, Release Mgmt. Activities
