What you will be doing

a) Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.

b) Lead technical design sessions and delivery of Salesforce implementations including development of custom solutions.

c) Demonstration of thought leadership.

d) Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team including code reviews, best practices and mentoring.

Expectations and experience:

Currently playing a dual role of Individual contributor + Team Lead(leading at least 7 consultants).

7+ years of Salesforce experience that includes minimum 2 years as Technical Lead/Lead Developer.

Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud.

Hands-on expertise with Apex,Triggers,LWC,Integrations.
