As a Technical Lead with over 7 years of experience in C# development, you will play a
crucial role in the design, development, and testing of new features within our applications.
You will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with team membersinvolved
in the development process, ensuring the smooth implementation, testing, and bug-fixing of
functionality. The position also involves taking charge of the design and implementation of
software projects using C# within an agile Scrum framework.
* Design, develop, and test new features in applications using C#.
* Regularly communicate and collaborate with team members throughout the
development lifecycle.
* Implement, test, and troubleshoot functionality to ensure high-quality software
delivery.
* Take responsibility forthe design and implementation ofsoftware projects, utilizing
C# and adhering to best practices.
* Actively participate as a key team member in fully agile Scrum deliveries.
* Provide support to end-users, addressing their queries and ensuring a positive user
experience.
* Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable C# code to meet project
requirements.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior C# Developer.
* In-depth knowledge of C# development and related technologies.
* Experience working with agile Scrum methodologies.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
* Proficiency in database systems, including SQL SERVER, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
* Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and MSMQ.
* Experience with JSON, Lucene.net, REST API, SAML, WCF
* Familiarity with WebAPI
* Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
