As technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, providing technical guidance, and leading the development efforts of our cutting-edge products and solutions.Key Responsibilities:Development & Implementation:Design and develop a scalable and robust delivery platform comprising of mobile app and web portal.Integrate eKYC API providers for real-time KYC of our platform users, customers, partners etc.Integrate telematics solutions for real-time monitoring and management of vehicle fleets.Implement AI/ML algorithms to optimize delivery routes, predict maintenance needs, and enhance overall efficiency.Develop and integrate a CRM system to manage customer interactions, track sales, and enhance customer relationships.Take ownership of technical architecture and lead the development team by providing technical direction, guidance, and mentorship.Demonstrate hands-on development expertise and actively participate in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting complex software solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and adherence to best development practices.Problem Solving & Optimization:Analyze system performance and reduce downtime through effective monitoring and optimization techniques.Evaluate and recommend the best-supported technologies and architectures to meet business needs.Continuously identify areas for platform enhancement and implement effective solutions.Optimize CRM workflows to improve customer service and sales efficiency.Team Management:Lead and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering collaboration and driving excellence in software development.Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the development team.Qualifications:6-15 years of hands-on experience in platform software development, with expertise in multiple programming stacks in NodeJS, Kafka, Redis etc.Proficiency in distributed systems, microservices, API design, RDBMS, NoSQL, LGTM/Observability frameworks, and public clouds (AWS, GCP), etc.Experience with version control tools and technologies GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, K8S, Docker etc.Passionate and driven towards building Indias leading EV ecosystem.A hustler mentality, willing to get hands dirty and tackle challenges head-on.Bachelor's or Master's degree in CSE/ECE/EE or any relevant Technology degree
