We are looking for a Technical Lead - ASP.NET with strong leadership and technical skills to join our dynamic team at Ember Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading software development activities, making key design decisions, and ensuring the success of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate software development activities across the project lifecycle.
• Make key design decisions for technology, structure, and configuration of systems.
• Provide technical expertise on software usage, performance, and resilience.
• Anticipate and solve potential problems while guiding the team to meet tight deadlines.
• Coach and mentor team members while enabling a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Interact with clients and may be required to travel to project sites.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong technical expertise in Dot Net 4.8, Dot Net Core 2.1 and above, C#, VB, SQL Server, Oracle, AJAX, Web Services, Web API, MVC, Windows Service.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication in English.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.

Education: Relevant degree in software engineering or related field.
