The Teach lead is a key member of Property/Real Estate team within the wider Asset Management Division, responsible for a range of development activities working closely with other teams within Asset Management, the role is a great opportunity to expand both your technology and business knowledge. The team is responsible for delivering day to day activities issue resolution and new work requests.
A successful candidate should be motivated self-starter with an aptitude for learning new skills (Python/.NET/Power Platform/SharePoint/AWS) as applicable and environments quickly while multi-tasking on more than one high-priority deliverable. The role will have to perform intra-day/overnight support of critical issues as required.
The role is responsible for owning all processes in the system. They will collaborate with technology cross-commits and business teams in EMEA/US to understand requirements and recommend the appropriate and scalable solution
They will develop & implement solutions by adhering to the required quality standards and policies, will help manage and prioritize work requests for enhancements, setting accurate expectations with technology and business partners to implement the change at mutually agreed upon milestones and timelines.
Collaborate with vendor/contractor partners to develop and implement the detailed design, configuration, and engineering strategies/solutions to deliver engineering solutions while remaining focused on security, uptime, and performance. Provide troubleshooting and resolution to complex problems/issues.

RESPOSIBLITIES
- Primary developer within the Real Estate product team. This included but is not limited to: Enhancing SSRS / Developing Power BI reports, SSIS, SQL Stored Procedures, from end to end.
- Perform issues resolution.
- Track BAU issues, bug fixes and changes with vendors & internal teams.
- Engage in day-to-day BAU work for the Property applications, including Horizon which is a vendor product.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- In-depth knowledge and experience working on SQL of at least 4-6 years.
- Strong in writing optimized queries, stored procedures, functions in databases (Oracle & SQL Server)
