Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance, overseeing software development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. The Technical Lead will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, managing project timelines, and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in software development, preferably in web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
• Experience with front-end and back-end frameworks
• Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle
• Experience in leading and managing software development projects
• Good understanding of software development methodologies and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
