Addon Technologiesis looking for a Technical / IT Recruiter with US Staffing experience. Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills. Strong Communication skills with a passion for recruitment. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Should be willing to work in the Night Shift.

Essential Job Functions:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Core US IT Recruitment.
• Should handle full Recruitment life cycle. Starting from sourcing profiles, screening, negotiating rates, coordinating with account manager, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate.
• Sound Experience working on W2 / Corp-to-Corp requirements.
• Sound Experience on portals like Dice, Monster, etc.,
• Understanding US Tax terms and Visas, Well versed with Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions
• Negotiating compensation to maintain acceptable gross margins.
• Should have IT knowledge to understand client requirements
• Should have strong experience with Boolean strings
• Should have experience with identify the fake candidate
