Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Instructor/Trainer/Faculty located in Bhopal. The Technical Instructor/Trainer/Faculty will be responsible for instructing and training students, advancing their professional development and preparing them for technical careers. The Technical Instructor/Trainer/Faculty will develop curricula, conduct training sessions, and handle classroom management while staying up to date with technological advancements in their area of expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical instruction/training
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrable expertise in software development languages such as Java, .NET, Python, and C++
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Ability to design and produce learning materials in a variety of formats
• Experience in curriculum development and course design
• Experience in classroom management and student evaluation
• Highly organized with good time management skills
• Ability to stay up to date with technological advancements in their area of expertise
