Urgently hiring Technical Facility Executive
Experience:- 3 to 5yrs (HVAC, CRAC,PAC,UPS, Batteries, BHMS, FAS, VESDA, Pre-action, building engineering compliance, incident mgmt., change mgmt.,)
Location:- Kharadi, Pune
Qualification:- BE Electricals, DEE , Electrical & Mechanical (related experience in facility management)
Preferable Industry: Banking , IT, Infra , Utility Background
Role and responsibilities:
Responsibility for all technical activities for the Authority at Post level
Ensuring provision of services in line with the local Statement of Works
Planning and coordination of jobs and activities for in scope work and activities
Responsibility for the ongoing Quality Management
Working in conjunction with the local Estate Management to prepare the final budget documentation
/plans and administer the works to ensure budget compliance
Monthly tracking and reporting of financial and quality performance to Engineering Lead
Audit and control of service levels and operating procedures as per SOP/EOP
Responsibility for the effective management of the strategic direction of the in-scope services
Implementation of Account Transformation (in conjunction with Engineering Lead)
Carry out various Global environmental initiatives, including Earth hour, WED & WAW etc.. These events requires
proper planning, engagements with respective stakeholders, execution and reporting's.
