Report Submission and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure timely submission of visit reports by all Technical Experts.
- Ensure quality reporting and compliance with project requirements.
Coordination and Compilation:
- Coordinate with the field team to ensure timely monthly reports from all DISHA clusters.
- Compile reports for all states and provide feedback on key indicators.
Quality Enhancement:
- Strengthen the quality of reports from both DISHA and Technical Experts through field visits and physical verification of source data.
- Continuously enhance the quality of reported data and prepare periodic analytical reports.
Performance Dissemination:
- Disseminate performance metrics in key dashboard indicators to the Technical Experts and DISHA team during field visits.
- Provide recommendations and inputs for follow-up actions based on these metrics.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Development:
- Support in developing SOPs for DISHA learning sites in coordination with the Documentation Specialist.
Field Visits:
- Conduct field visits for a minimum of 10 days per month to ensure quality assurance and provide on-site support.
Qualifications:
- Master s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, Humanities, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public health projects, particularly in HIV/AIDS programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing SOPs.
- Flexibility to travel extensively within the assigned region.
