Job Title: Technical Execution Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Execution Head to oversee security automation projects, manage client relationships, and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of hardware and software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in resource allocation, cost control, and performance metrics, combined with strong leadership skills to manage complex, multi-phased projects. Proficiency in both software and hardware technologies, along with a strategic understanding of project lifecycles, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead security automation projects from kickoff to installation and commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets

Manage multiple projects, ranging from single-service engagements to large, complex initiatives

Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution

Coordinate pre-sales efforts to secure recurring business.

Maintain and operate project cost centers, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Facilitate the creation and management of documentation for SRS/FRS, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams.

Conduct regular review meetings with clients and internal teams to track project progress.

Handle operations and maintenance (O&M) of ongoing projects.

Provide technical support, including surveillance system installation and access control devices.

Design and implement access control and surveillance solutions tailored to client needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: BTech or related degree.

Experience: 3+ years of experience managing large-scale security automation projects, including hardware and software installation and commissioning.

Proficiencies:

Project Management Tools: JIRA, Edraw Max, MS Visio, Projector.

Video Management Systems (VMS): Milestone, Genetec, NX Network Optix.

Networking/Hardware: Dell/HP servers, Cisco, D-Link, TP-Link, Cambium, Mimosa.

Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript, SQL, C/C++, Basic knowledge of AI/ML.

Strong technical expertise in CCTV systems (Hikvision, Honeywell, Panasonic), access control (Mantra, HID), and fiber optic network deployment.

Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams and with clients.

Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
