What's the role
The purpose of the role is to provide technical support to customers, calculations, etc. As a developing Technical Engineer in the back-office with approximately 2-4 years of experience, this role may support higher-level Technical Engineers.

What does the role involve
- Producing software & manual design calculations for Post installed structural connections like steel to concrete, concrete to concrete OR cast-in using Hilti fastening solutions accordance with European, ACI, AS, NZ OR other local design codes and regulations.
- Providing technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders in relation to Hilti products and services with a view to support sales conversion from specification of Hilti products. This involves handling inbound and outbound technical enquiries in a timely and accurate manner, keeping track of specifications and activities in SFDC and ByD to support business intelligence and proactively communicating opportunities to account managers, field and project engineers.
- Conduct digital customer meetings OR phone calls for technical discussions on the solutions provided
- Provide technical training and advice to internal and external stakeholders as required consistent with the company's objectives and marketing strategy.
- Timely organize and maintain a thorough and systematic Data Management system of technical designs & solutions, manuals and documents.
- Support customers and internal stakeholders from countries in Southeast Asia region.

What you need is:
- Engineering Graduate/Postgraduate preferably in Civil Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in structural design
- Knowledge of working in SFDC systems will be preferable
- Demonstrate leadership, Problem solving & analytical skills
- Demonstrated communication (written, verbal, presentation, negotiation) skills
- Team player, business oriented and strategic thinking
- Maintain all business within quality guidelines.
- Comply with policy and procedures as set down by Executive Leadership Team
