Support & lead ad hoc operational and reporting projects
Build reports on delivery KPIs and ensure that changes are tracked and reported against
Help the team to get to decisions and ensure that these are being managed centrally and all the right stakeholders are in the know.
Highlight any deviations in operational process, fix if necessary independently working with the engagement managers.
Build PRDs and work cross functionally with engineering teams to set up new features that would allow us to get better at AHT and the quality of data that we deliver.
Invoice Generation:
Track all data requests from the client account. Maintain spreadsheets with all relevant details.
Support preparation of accurate invoices for services rendered.
Ensure invoices comply with company policies and customer requirements.
Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve billing issues with customers.
Maintain accurate customer billing information and update records as needed.
Reporting:
Build & execute scripts to draw insights from the available data.
Generate regular billing and invoice reports for management review.
Analyze billing data & average handling time to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience:
4-6 years of total work experience with advanced coding experience
Must be proficient with spreadsheets (i.e ability to run complex analysis and debug formulas)
Skills:
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross functional interaction.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Bonus points if proficient in SQL
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g. program management certifications) are a plus.
