Position Title:Technical Developer (MS Dynamic 365)

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience.

Job Brief:

The primary purpose of this position is to support existing Team positioned in HQ (Wuppertal, Germany) in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Rollout, Support activities at various subsidiaries of Schmersal Group. You will work with key business stakeholders and senior management to understand and prioritize information requirements and provide technical solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM as planned Rollout.

Configure the application to meet a client s requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool.

Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code.

Create technical specifications, Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back-office/ERP applications (SAP).

Provide technical support to existing CRM clients.

Develop data conversion and testing strategies.

Technologies and at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics CRM

Knowledge of CRM application capabilities along with SAP integration.

Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code.

Knowledge of CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports development.

Knowledge of programming languages C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript would be an added advantage.

Must be aware of Architect/design CRM sales, Marketing Modules and related customizations.

Experience in CRM development or integration of best practices, SQL services.

Azure knowledge is desired - logic apps, Web API, functions, and their deployments.

Working knowledge in Dynamics 365 customizations and configurations including workflows, plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, sitemap/ribbon customizations, PowerApps, etc.

Should have written C#/JavaScript code to consume D365 APIs or any other APIs externally.

Should have experience in writing D365 Fetch-based reports.

Expertise in Solution Management in Dynamics 365 and Sound knowledge of Security Model in Dynamics CRM 365.
