Key Duties/Responsibilities
o Development and implementation of a technical training program for Client's employees
o Work with multiple teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Support, to consolidate knowledge elements, review and validate the content and ensure training aligns with business requirements.
o Collaborate with client's subject matter experts to develop and deliver technical educational content.
o Produce high-quality technical courseware - presentations, videos, labs
o Design online, offline, and self-paced training using educational best practices.
o Coordinate with external vendors to deliver high-quality digital courses.
o Schedule, plan, and host technical training programs
o Maintain and upgrade the training program as new capabilities or new technologies are added.
o Design, build and maintain virtual lab environments and associated lab guides to support technical training courses
o Define and manage the training plans for all technical employees in coordination with the HR Learning and Development manager.
Essential Capabilities
o 10+ years of experience in delivering training, both in-person and remotely
o 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering roles (coding, design, architecture)
o Must have experience in curriculum design and/or digital learning design such as e-learning and Instructor-led-training (ILT).
o Must have experience in delivering training courses to global teams from different countries
o Proven track record in delivering technical training with great clarity and in a manner that inspires students.
o Must have experience in writing assessments for technical training
o Excellent understanding of technology, technology tools and IT processes.
o Planning, organization, and implementation skills.
o Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom delivery skills.
o superb verbal and written communication in English
o Deep understanding of adult learning concepts and techniques.
o Highly evolved interpersonal skills when cooperating with your technical peers.
o Experienced in building complex virtual environments
o Great ability to work independently.
o Problem solving abilities.
o Experience in coaching.
o High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust Desirable Capabilities
o Experience in a similar role in product company is a plus
o Experience in agile practices a plus.
o Engineering qualification a plus.
o Gamification experience in training is a plus.
