Process : International Voice Process - Technical Customer Support

Client : Australian Process

Work Location : Bahadurpally

Qualification : Under graduate/ Graduate

Shifts : Graveyard Shifts(24*7 Shifts)

CTC : 2.9 LPA - 4.5 LPA (Max)

Description :

We are looking for a Technical Customer Support_International Voice to provide excellent customer service and technical support to our international clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to our international clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and products in the market

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in technical customer support
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of networking and server technologies
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) would be an added advantage
