Job Overview: As a Technical Content Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, detailed content that communicates complex technical topics related to cloud computing, Microsoft Azure, and other emerging technologies. You will work closely with our technical teams, marketing, and product development to ensure that our content is clear, accurate, and engaging to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth technical content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, eBooks, technical guides, and more focused on cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Translate complex cloud computing concepts into clear, easy-to-understand, and informative content.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subject matter experts to gather technical insights and ensure the accuracy of the content.
- Write product documentation, technical manuals, and user guides for cloud-based solutions.
- Create SEO-optimized content to increase visibility and drive traffic.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing, especially Microsoft Azure, to produce relevant and timely content.
- Contribute to content marketing strategies and align technical writing efforts with broader business goals.
- Edit, proofread, and ensure the quality and consistency of the content across all platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to craft engaging cloud use cases, webinars, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may also be considered.
- 3+ years of experience writing technical content, preferably in cloud computing or related IT services.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with an ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences.
- Proven experience in creating clear, concise, and technically accurate content.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and optimizing technical content for search engines.
- Experience using content management systems (CMS) and knowledge of basic HTML is a plus.
- Microsoft certifications related to Azure (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator) are highly desirable.
