Job description

The role is to ideate, create, and edit user-friendly website content, how-to articles, troubleshooting guides, and blogs for the tech domain. Ability to research and write creative content that can generate relevant traffic, educate the readers, and connect with them.

• Location: Sector 58, Gurugram, Haryana 122011
• Experience: 1.5 to 3 years
• Salary: 20K to 30K (as per the experties)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Writing long and short articles in the form of blogs, Website Content, Guest posts, etc., on various topics across the industries.
• Competitor's Research, creating content strategies, conducting appropriate research for writing.
• Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
• Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
• Ability to organize information into an easy-to-understand hierarchy

Qualifications

UG: PG: Any

• Relevant experience in same domain

Skills Required:

Prior experience as a technical writer for a technical, software solution
Excellent command of the English language both in written & verbal formats
Quick learner and extraordinary attention to detail
Creative and critical thinking skills to solve customer problems
Ability to embrace change, find opportunities, and take initiative

Experience: 1.5 year - 3 years

Immediate joiners preferred.
