Technical Content Writer

Roles and responsibilities:

Pune Male Candidates will be preferred.

Must work closely and communicate with product designers and developers to

understand product details

Collaborate with technical staff

Creative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation

charts that increase users understanding

Analyze and manage existing and potential content

Create and maintain the information architecture

Make high-quality documentation that meets standards, is appropriate and

easy to use

Produce and distribute tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications

Research and collect usability feedback from users, designers, etc.

Contribute to/update the companys social sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and

Twitter, and others.

Must be able to design concise content for product description

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced

Deadline-driven & detail-oriented. You must be able to meet deadlines and

take pleasure in the details.

Must make oneself familiar with company technology and services.

Skill Requirements:

Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Journalism or English or

Communication

1+years of experience in technical writing of software documentation is Mandatory.

Excellent written and communicative skills in English

Strong editing, and proofreading skills

Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Word

Good to have knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel draw

Good to have knowledge of Canva

Knowledge of banking would be a plus point

Only Pune Candidates with 2 years of experience in technical content writing will preferred & Preference will be given for the immediate joiners.
