Roles & Responsibilities
Content Asset Creation:
- To take the ownership of content development, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- To update and maintain content across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- To drive content strategy and ideation to meet marketing and branding goals.
Content Development and Updation:
- To develop diverse content, including blog posts, articles, whitepaper, brochure, e-books, scripts and case studies.
- To regularly update and refresh content to keep it current and engaging.
- To adapt content to meet changing audience needs and market trends.
- To collaborate effectively with stakeholders on the status of the content asset creation and delivery date.
Information Gathering & Briefing Documentation:
- To gather relevant information and conduct thorough research for content development.
- To communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate revisions, and keep them in loop for any blockers you come across.
- To get confirmation on the briefing given by PMMs and briefing interpreted by you as a writer for the requested content asset .
Content Quality Check:
- To maintain high quality content by verifying tech check, fact check, stats check from respective PMMs and SMEs.
- To conduct quality checks for grammar, spelling, and formatting (UK/US depending on Target Audience) to ensure industry standards and also ensure content meets SEO best practices .
- To maintain brand voice and messaging consistency relevant to targeted ICP across all content assets.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS/Remote Sensing.
- 4-6 Years(Relevant experience as a content writer in B2B SaaS Marketing/Deeptech companies).
- 1-2 years experience in Technical Writing Experience in GIS/Remote Sensing/Earth Observation.
Must have
- B2B technical writing experience for at least two of the following global markets apart from India: North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, South America, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders such as leadership team, SMEs and product marketing managers. .
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proficient in US Native English.
- Strong storytelling and content conceptualization abilities.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to optimize content for search engines.
- Strong research skills and understanding of complex tech concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
