• Solid grip on documentation publishing software such as Zendesk Guide, Camtasia, SnagIt, and other software

Technical Content Writers work closely with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed in their content.

They analyze information required for policy, procedure, and form documentation. Additionally, they review and edit content developed by other team members.
