Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer with experience in the software product domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing detailed technical project execution documents, providing project-related service support, and managing end-to-end social media documentation. This role requires a deep understanding of software products, excellent writing skills, and the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Job Description
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation for software products, including training manuals, configuration guides, security documents, architecture documents, and product description documents (PDD) and API documentation.
- Well versed in flowcharts, block diagrams and sequence diagram
- Write detailed project execution documents that outline project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and technical specifications.
- Create and maintain project-related service support documentation, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and maintenance manuals.
- Ensure all technical documents are accurate, up-to-date, and adhere to industry standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information and translate it into clear, user-friendly content.
- Produce engaging and informative content for social media platforms, including technical articles, blog posts, and case studies.
- Develop end-to-end social media documentation strategies, including content calendars and promotional materials.
- Review and edit content produced by other team members to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits of existing documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align technical content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the customer support team to address common technical issues and create documentation that assists in resolving them.
- Participate in project meetings to stay informed about new developments and updates.

Skill And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
- Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
- Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer in the software product domain.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and content management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with social media platforms and content strategies is a plus.
