Technical Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and online help content.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
• Develop content for marketing materials, blogs, and white papers that articulate product features and benefits.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for diverse audiences.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all documentation.
• Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to enhance content quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the OTT, SaaS, or media sectors.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology.
• Proven ability to write clearly and concisely for various audiences.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.
• Familiarity with visual content creation tools (e.g., Snagit, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
