Currently RACE offers a set of short term Diploma and long term Masters programs in Analytics for working professionals and organizations. The selected person would lead the revenue generation, content development and training initiatives in this area.
Job Role and Responsibilities
As a technical content developer: Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content related to technical subjects, including but not limited to software development, engineering, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on technical topics to gather accurate and up-to-date information, analyze industry trends, and identify relevant insights to inform content creation.
- Writing and Editing: Produce clear, concise, and compelling written content tailored to different audiences, including students, professionals, and industry experts, adhering to brand guidelines and style standards.
- Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic, incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices.
- Content Distribution: Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to distribute content across various channels, including websites, blogs, social media platforms, newsletters, and industry publications, to reach target audiences effectively.
- Technical Documentation: Assist in creating technical documentation, user manuals, guides, tutorials, and other instructional materials to support RACE's technical programs, projects, and initiatives
- Feedback Integration: Solicit feedback from stakeholders, subject matter experts, and users to continually improve the quality, accuracy, and relevance of content, incorporating suggestions and addressing concerns as needed.
Skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with technical concepts, terminology, and tools, with the ability to simplify complex information for non-technical audiences.
- Research skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources to create comprehensive and authoritative content.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free, polished content that meets quality standards and aligns with organizational goals.
- Creativity and innovation, with the ability to develop fresh ideas, concepts, and approaches to engage and captivate target audiences.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), word processing software, and others.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Graduation, M.A in English, MBA, Journalism, B.E, or B.Tech
- Min. Experience: 2-3 Yrs. In Content Writing / Creative Writing / Ghost Writing/ Article Writing / Guest Post Writing is mandatory
- Prior experience or coursework in technical writing, content creation, journalism, or related fields is preferred
