KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media.
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in collections and smart device ecosystems.
- Craft persuasive copy for marketing materials, product descriptions, and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of content.
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit different target personas and communication channels.
- Create content that aligns with SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure error-free, polished final products.
- Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Analyse content performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content strategies.
- Manage the content strategy and editorial planning.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in the B2B technology, finance, or telecommunications sectors.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of English grammar and style.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Strong research skills and ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical subject matter.
