Responsibilities
1. Implementation and Customization:
Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central projects from initiation to completion.
Customize and configure Business Central to meet client-specific requirements and business processes.
2. Technical Analysis:
Conduct thorough technical analysis of client business needs and processes to design efficient and effective solutions.
Work closely with clients to gather and document technical requirements.
3. Integration:
Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 Business Central and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
Collaborate with integration specialists to streamline data exchange processes.
4. Development and Coding:
Develop and customize extensions using AL language and C/SIDE (C/AL) in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Write and maintain code, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
5. User Training and Support:
Provide end-user training and support during and after the implementation phase.
Address technical issues, perform debugging, and offer solutions to ensure smooth system operation.
6. Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions, customizations, and integrations.
Ensure documentation is comprehensive, clear, and accessible for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, project managers, and clients, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with other technical consultants to share knowledge and best practices.
8. Upgrades and Maintenance:
Stay informed about updates and new features in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance activities as needed.
