Job Profile : Technical Consultant

In this role, you have the opportunity to work directly with customers and Philips in-market resources to design and perform successful solutions and service delivery by installing, implementing, updateu202Fand upgradingu202FPatient Care Informatics product portfolio. Furthermore, you are responsibleu202Ffor gaining confidence and trust with your expertise and capabilities in this highly visible, customer-facing role. You are the technical point of contact for the customer through implementation and support.

You are responsible for

- Collecting requirements to determine appropriate hardware sizing for system solution design.
- Collaborating with Company and customer IT resources to recommend clear network strategies.
- Troubleshooting general system configuration at both the platform and application levels
- Being the Technical liaison/support for customer calls with the project manager.
- Researching defects listed in release notes and collaborating with engineering teams, to determine impact based on customer requirements.
- Collaborating with other technical resources to advise the project manager on risk mitigation.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities to deliver the product and services to the field more efficiently and effectively.
- Adjust work schedule to support customer time zones(Global).
- Handle support tickets assigned to you.

You are a part of

- The Implementation/support Team and lead resolutions if escalations arise from customers.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience/Preferred Skills:

- Bacheloru2019s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Application or a related field is required
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare information technology and cardiology informatics
- Experience in customer service delivery with a focus on technical implementation and support
- Experience using SQL Server, and troubleshooting.
- Expansive breadth of IT knowledge (Networking, virtualization, server hardware, Windows domains, system performance)
- Strong analytical skills with excellent diagnostics capabilities are required
- Having knowledge of DICOM, HIS, PACS, EMR is (preferred).
- Superb customer service skills, including high-level professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated effective oral communication skills diction, grammar, and tone.
