Job Title: Technical Consultant Business Central

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with expertise in Business Central to join our team at Bhargava Phytolab. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly Business Central, and be capable of implementing and customizing the software to meet our company's specific needs. This role involves working across various departments such as accounts, sales, and manufacturing to ensure smooth process management and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and customize Business Central ERP software according to company requirements.

Collaborate with different departments (Accounts, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.) to understand their needs and integrate solutions within the ERP system.

Develop and execute coding tasks as necessary to support system customization and optimization.

Provide training and support to end-users on Business Central functionalities.

Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Continuously evaluate business processes and recommend improvements using ERP solutions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system implementation and usage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Functional Consultant, particularly with Business Central or similar ERP systems.

Strong coding skills and ability to customize ERP software.

In-depth knowledge of processes in accounts, sales, and manufacturing.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
