Technical Business Analyst

Job Description: Technical Business Analyst - Financial Services

We are seeking a Junior Technical Business Analyst who can translate business needs into technical requirements, along with the understanding of REST and SOAP, APIs, integration specifications, and testing methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders and relevant teams to gather and document business requirements for financial services applications.

Analyse APIs, associated business processes, workflows, and system requirements to document and drive effective solutions.

Create comprehensive functional/technical specification documents for development and integration projects.

Document API specifications including (but not limited to) the metadata, constraints and the data mapping/transformation rules.

Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports

Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and successful testing.

Plan and execute testing activities, including defining test cases and conducting user acceptance testing.

Ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives and industry regulations.

Assist in user training and support, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
