Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Lead/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, including M365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, MS Teams, .NET, and React. This role requires strong design and architecture skills, as well as experience in pre-sales and client engagement. The Microsoft Lead/Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level solutions while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and architecture of complex Microsoft-based solutions, including M365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, MS Teams, .NET, and React.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal creation, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including high-level and detailed design documents.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices and standards.
- Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the Microsoft ecosystem, advising on their applicability to client projects.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for technical matters.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Extensive experience with M365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, MS Teams, .NET, and React.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering complex enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and modern development practices.
- Experience in presales, including solution design, proposal creation, and client presentations.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in leading large-scale migration projects to M365 or Azure.
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
