The Challenge

Marketers are increasingly relying on Adobe to help them solve their biggest challenges and increase loyalty, retention, acquisition, and revenue. As au00A0Technicalu00A0Architect, youu00A0will be responsible foru00A0designing and implementing theu00A0systems architecture of the Adobe Campaign solution foru00A0customized instances.u00A0You will solve complex technical challenges such as integrating multiple data systems via multiple protocols, implementing a solution that can provide real-time decisions for millions of customers, and connecting customers to all the products in the Adobe Marketing Cloud. Your knowledge of databases, programming languages, web technologies, networking, security, and operating systems will allow you to translate business requirements into detailed designs that ultimately make our customersu2019 lives easier by leveraging Adobe Campaign. Although your focus will be on delivery, you will alsou00A0play a significant part in presales discussions u2013 providing wide-ranging knowledge to the sales cycle on the specific requirements of the solution architecture.

What Youu2019ll Do

u2022u00A0Translate partner and client needs to technical solutions based on a balance of architecture standards and plans, total cost of ownership and feasibility.

u2022u00A0Drive the network design covering the deployment, security and performance issues.

u2022u00A0Implement Adobe Campaign on time and on budget using database technologies, programming languages, and web technologies. This is a hands-on development role.

u2022u00A0Collaborate with other Adobe consultants from Campaign and other Marketing Cloud solutions, both in the U.S. and off-shore, to design solutions that increase customer retention, loyalty, and acquisition

u2022u00A0Enable customers and partners on Adobe Campaign best practices through a combination of side-by-side coaching and remote enablement

u2022u00A0Take ownership of delivering successful customers for all size projectsu00A0

u2022u00A0Create referenceable customers who are eager to share their successes with the marketing community

u2022u00A0Leadu00A0multipleu00A0workstreamsu00A0from a design & implementation standpoint and be a single point of contact foru00A0technical vision.

What You Need to Succeed

u2022u00A0Expertise inu00A0designing and delivering highly scalable solutions and ability to effectively communicate the solution to the customers and to the internal teams

u2022u00A0Experience in system and performanceu00A0analysis of distributed systems

u2022u00A0Eagernessu00A0to learn new applications of traditional technologies

u2022u00A0Passion about the customer experience and driving customer success

u2022u00A0Excitement aboutu00A0beingu00A0part of a rapidly expanding teamu00A0with evolving responsibilities

u2022u00A05+ years of experience in the architect role on enterprise software implementation/integration projects

u2022u00A0Expertise in web software development including client-side and server-side development

u2022u00A0Expertise in optimizing RDBMS performance of at least the following database engines: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle

u2022u00A0Proficiency in various flavors of Linux and Windows

u2022u00A0Experience in XML, JavaScript, ETL, Encryption & Data Security strategiesu00A0

u2022u00A0Proficiency in setting up network configuration, firewall rules, and NAT rules. DNS configuration experience is a plus.

u2022u00A0Ability to travel to customer sites may be needed (25-50%).
