Lead the business development activities for Single Use and hardware systems and achieving the targets assigned for the region
Sound knowledge of bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
Supporting clients in designing the right hardware systems as well as single use systems and consumables, based on their process requirement
Agility to learn new technologies and products would be needed
The job will require travelling at customer s site
Hence, flexibility with respect to travel would be needed
Focus on business, achieving targets, generating opportunities and leads is a must
Good communication and presentation skills
Training of internal as well as external customers, making presentations in technical forums would be required
Develop long-term relationships with clients through their process and products with good scientific acumen
Support demonstration of products and technologies at customer sites
Collaboration and working with multiple teams such as Operations, design, service, automation, MSAT and cross-functional CA teams will be required on regular basis
