We offer joint operations and digitalization services for Global Business Services and work closely alongside the entire Shared Services organization. We make optimal use of the possibilities of new technologies such as Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotics as enablers for efficient and effective implementations.

We are looking for Technical Analyst

• Work closely with GBS Business lines to design in collaboration with technology leads,solutions across various platforms and tools.
• Serve as the bridge between solution design and architecture, ensuring seamless transition from concept to go-live for customer use cases.
• Tackle complex business problems with automated systems, gather data to build compelling business cases, and present findings logically and effectively.
• Define detailed business requirements to achieve strategic objectives, incorporating end-user feedback into solution design and development.
• Create and communicate technical solution architectures in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, UX designers, and business process experts.
• Learn and apply cloud computing concepts, working with platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures that meet user requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist customers with requirement decisions, leveraging digital solutions like AWS, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and Mendix.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends, best practices, and industry standards to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment through close collaboration with management in HQ and regions.

You'd describe yourself as:

• Undergraduate degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a business discipline with at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong conceptual understanding of software architectures and cloud resources.
• Experience in a partner/consulting organization, with the ability to inspire peers with new technologies and processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with conflicting or changing priorities.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and strong business analysis skills.
• Experience in advanced analytics, data science, ML/AI, business process management, RPA, and low-code platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment, bringing high energy and analytical thinking skills
• Experience with Scrum methodology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
