You will be responsible and accountable for leading, organizing, motivating, and managing a geo-diverse team using Agile methodology to deliver high quality products that meet success criteria. You will be reporting to our Project Management Director.
You re going to frequently wear multiple hats and exchange them fluently in an exciting environment with a great team and have opportunities to be a business analyst, scrum master, software tester, liaison, data analyst, product manager, coach, and project manager.
Your Expertise
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master roles
Experience managing projects in an Agile environment
Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and how to adapt them to new business environments
Proven experience leading, mentoring and offering daily feedback to grow your team
History of facilitating, mentoring, collaborating and building agile teams.
