Preferred Candidate Profile -
- B.Tech/BE or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects through a standard software development life cycle while adhering to tight schedules.
- Demonstrated experience working with a combination of local and remote development teams.
- Around 5 years experience in managing software development projects using both waterfall and agile development methods.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project Plan etc
- Good technical experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, .Net, C# development experience
- Should have expertise with HTML, CSS, Java technologies
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and models
- Good experience in handling clients in US or UK
- Good experience in processes and project cost management
- Excellant communication skills
