Job Description
The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company accounts in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include front ending with clients, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment. He/she should be work on deadlines
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Assisting and handling technical clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skill
- Experience in Advance Excel
- Experience in SQL, Tableau, Power BI is added advantage
