Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Take ownership of customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Develop and execute account strategies for growth.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, with a particular emphasis on infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to infrastructure and cloud and coordinate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project implementations.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and products for existing customers.
  • Collaborate with sales to drive growth.
  • Address and resolve performance issues, downtime incidents, and service disruptions.
  • Handle credits and compensation requests effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a Technical Account Management role, preferably in cloud solutions and infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure components.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
