Technical Account Manager will manage the customers journey, engaging partners through product trainings, conducting data reviews and status updates, and troubleshooting along with partner stakeholders to adoption.
They must be able to prioritize accounts and the service provided to ensure maximum product usage.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree.
- Minimum two years of experience in dealing with international clients.
- Experience of working with teams of English-speaking countries
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
- Collaborate internally to propose IT related solutions to client issues.
- Pursued campaigns and sales opportunities.
- Internal quarterback for client escalations and questions.
