Must Have:
- Qualification-Bachelor's degree (ANY).
- Strong TCP/IP networking skills.
- Strong basics and understanding of routing, switching, wireless & security technologies.
Added Value:
- Troubleshooting experience on Firewalls.
- Basics of SD-WAN and NAC.
- Associate level/professional level certifications on - R&S/security/wireless or equivalent technology domains.
- Experience in configuring/deploying and troubleshooting medium & largescale networks.
- Quick learning skills and attention to detail are added advantages.
About the Role :
- Perform as a high-level, technical subject matter professional for campus and remote access engineering services.
- Assisting with planning and deploying enterprise-grade network and security deployments.
- Assist engineers in architecture and infrastructure design and solutions process.
- Provide estimates, engineering, implementation, and review of campus and remote access designs.
- Create technical design/implementation documentation.
- Lead test planning, and execution of configuration and implementation deployments.
- Coach and mentor teammates on technical engagements.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain customer IT networks encompassing network and security inventories.
- Strong team player, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer engagement over email vendor portals and phone for troubleshooting the reported network issues & and suggesting recommendations based on analysis.
- Vendor engagement / escalations over emails, vendor portals, and phone as & and when required as part of the reported network issue.
- Implement configuration changes and execute migrations documenting required test results.
- Escalation engagement for above L1 escalated /complex troubleshooting and pending issues.
- Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability.
- Accomplishing organizational goals by accepting ownership for new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to business.
