We are seeking a Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in providing technical support in an IT environment. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and resolving their technical issues.
Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in technical support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS
- Familiarity with network systems and protocols
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good time-management skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) is a plus
