Job Description: L2 - Yardi Property Management System
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced associate/senior associate in utilizing the Yardi Property Management System. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective integration and reporting of property management data, which supports our organizational goals and enhances operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Deep understanding of Yardi (Property Management System) is a must.
- Supervise a team with at least 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Oversee coding and programming efforts to develop utilities (solutions) that can:
- Extract data from Yardi and integrate with applications/systems outside of Yardi.
- Develop custom reports by fetching data from Property Management Systems.
- Ensure quality assurance (QA) and testing of the Property Management Systems.
Skillset Requirements
- SQL expertise
- SSRS - SQL Server Reporting Services
- YSR - Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (considered Yardis own programming language)
