Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Tech Support Executive located in Noida. As a Tech Support Executive, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing customer support and technical support to our rural customers. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, assist customers with their inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service.
