Job Description

Resolving Problems of all Network configurations.

Knowledge require in WIRELESS.

Administration and Maintenance of the Network based environment or any network related issues as per the clients requirement.

Meet the customer requirements and resolve the issues within the timelines by ensuring customer satisfaction.

Administration and Management of Switches, Routers and Configurations.

Troubleshooting and resolving complex customer network problems across a broad range of technologies.

Good communication skills.

On-Call after office hours support for priority cases.

Knowledge of DHCP,DNS.

Implementation and deployment routing and switching.
