Testing lead for FirstNet Portal applications, providing oversight for testing team resources
Roles And Responsibilities
Develops, executes, analyzes and documents tests of information system solutions. Works with test teams to identify and analyze deficiencies and implements corrective actions and counter-measures. May specialize in one or more areas of advanced information technology: Test Metrics and Test Process, Architecture Verification, End-to-End Solutions Testing, and Test Environment Software Test Architecture.

Ability to understand business requirements.
Effective leadership skills and ability to drive results.
Technical skills required to troubleshoot web/java applications, knowledge of API's, JSON, java (typical of web developer role).
Ability to summarize and translate technical issues for leadership.
Familiarity with DevOps model, automated testing and deploy
Knowledge of CDN's and internet facing application testing methods and security frameworks
Knowledge of mobile applications and testing methods for mobile apps
Development of test strategies, test scenarios/cases and creation of test data
Agile Development, Application Maintenance, Emerging Technologies, Information Security Management, Programming, Software Development Life Cycle, System Performance Tools
Education And Qualifications
BS/BA, Business/Information Systems/Engineering/Math/Sciences
5-7 years experience in related job role
Additional Information
Candidate will indirectly supervise and manage teams of testing resources, in support of multiple applications.
Occasional off hours/weekend work may be required.
